Nice newly renovated suite

Where to start Shower does not work staff unresponsive had 24 hours to even pick up the phone and or fix chose not to then the manager at the front desk tried to persuade me that they’ll train them better and learn how to phone customers back or make an effort it was a debacle on every angle possible it is a two at Best. The only positive is the location is amazing beyond that I can’t see how all the other reviews are tens and 10 out of tens I just don’t believe that’s true. The building is under Cleaning construction and the parking is available but it’s $30 a night more a budget travel location than a Customer service location.

Room is huge but less amenities.

Great hotel to spend some time in Vancouver. The staff and manager were very helpful and considerate. Given the pricing compared to nearby hotels we were very happy with our room. Would happily stay again.

The floor was broken and covered in trash. No one had swept the floor before we moved in.

Great location and clean, quiet rooms, though property could use some updating

When I booked I was told I could use a visa or Mastercard on check in. When I arrived I needed a credit card or had to give a $500 damage deposit. The rooms were mediocre, toilet was louder than an airplane toilet. Couldn’t use the stove/oven unless you paid extra, though it was in room description. Costs an extra $30 + tax per night for car parking. In good location, though I wouldn’t stay here again.

Front desk staff were a highlight - they are friendly, super helpful and professional. Room was spacious with a nice balcony with view. A/C and recently upgraded bathroom was much appreciated. Could use some TLC in other places but fine for a short stay. In an excellent neighbourhood for food, coffee, transit, beaches, pubs, EVERYTHING you could want.

There was no closet and the “kitchen” area looked like something out of a 1950’s horror movie. The door to the room had gaps all around it so you heard everything. It’s was poorly lit and only had one single pane permanently closed window with drapes that didn’t open. Dingy tiny bathroom. Great location good staff

Room was clean and very nice layout. Staff working the front desk was absolutely FANTASTIC! A little walk from some of the shopping downtown but can get taxis/ubers super easy or a quick walk! A little noisy with traffic but nothing unbearable. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed. The room was not clean, there was fungus growing under the sink, there were holes in the ceilings. Location is ok but don’t let that fool you. Overall would not recommend staying in this hotel.

Great location/proximity to downtown activities, including a reasonably prized cab ride away the Hullo ferry terminal for folks visiting the city briefly without a vehicle! Also walkable in under half an hour.

29 dollars a day to use the stove? Nuts. Crockery cupboard locked and had to ask reception to come up and unlock it. Why? Otherwise, good location and comfortable enough. Would have ranked higher except the stupid kitchen rules.
