The receptionist when I'm checking in was nice, but another receptionist is very bad, no hospitality, no respect. At 2 AM in the morning, they did not allow me to rest even when we said we would pay more or book another room because I booked for 1 person, but we said we would pay more or book another room, but he really doesn't have respect. And when I wanted to take my bag, my friend just wanted to go to the washroom at the room, but he was asking many things, and I checked out on that day even though there was still 1 day more to stay. Really disappointed. Even I just wanted to keep my bag and never sleep there, never take breakfast, but I already paid, but they don't give more water, they don't clean the room properly. Really, really disappointed.

Besides its strategic location in Istanbul's Old City, which is sure to be busy, I chose this hotel because of its elevator, making it easier to carry luggage. Another reason is that the hotel is easily accessible by taxi, so you can get out of the car and walk straight to the hotel gate. What really impressed us was the breakfast on the hotel's rooftop, with its special menu and stunning sunrise views. Furthermore, it also features a dedicated photo spot for guests.

A very comfortable hotel, close to the Hagia Sophia landmark and the Havaist bus stop, highly recommended for those vacationing in Istanbul's Sultanahmet area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel location is very strategic, exiting the hotel directly to the courtyard of the Blue Mosque/ Hagia Sophia. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially the restaurant staff named Aida and Rahman. The receptionist is also very responsive in helping check in and helping carry luggage to the room.

Strategic location not far from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Room is enough for one night stop over.

The hotel is quite strategically located because it is close to access to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Obelisk and others, in addition, bus access to the airport and tramway is also very close.

I booked for 5 night and got late checking in on the second day , and they were very nice upgraded my room. Thanks !!! They have best location and best balcony and rooftop view, even though their breakfast menu was not vary, but I got everything I need. Will definitely stay at this hotel again on next visit to Istanbul.

Very good location. Choose a large room. The room is wide. Good. Recommended room 403. Wide, comfortable. Breakfast is good. The only waste without drinking water (water) is free. Stay 3 nights for a single bottle. Tell the other 2 welcom drinks in the cupboard. At first, think free. When checking out But do not know that the school in this country is like this every school or school Drinking water
