Perfect room for disabled 401, next to sauna entrance (relax) wasn't given any details about this on booking in had to work that out ourselves, food and drink very expensive for sub average grub, the burger is the most popular but only have this if you think paying best part of £20 for a soggy mess is good. NO tea making in rooms, ask for tea at bar and all the English drink is earl grey!!!yuk (had to ask for more teabags to get any colour) we don't do breakfast tea.... funny that because at breakfast you DO. Breakfast was just about okay with the faulty lamp flashing and so so food. Only good thing was booking out a the only time reception staff wanted to do anything well.

It's a great, modern hotel if you need to stay in the Haninge area. Comfortable, clean and good breakfast. The reception and bar area is nice. Our only issue was around comfort in the room. The fan was really loud and couldn't be turned off using the control panel in the room (centrally run I guess as it was hot this time of year) but it did unfortunately disturb our sleep. There was also no cleaning of the room during our stay, however we could have specifically requested it beforehand.

Good value for money! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also great. A huge playground just across the hotel was a pleasant surprise to my two boys. The only thing unfortunate was that the hotel restaurant was closed due to COVID but we managed to buy take-away from Coop nearby.

Extremly rude staff, with no privacy feeling. Talking loud out in the front desk private things, ironize and very strange attitude. Have called the manager, our company have withdrawn all their bookings on this hotel after this very rude and bad behavior.

Nice and clean. Very good bed, shiwer ok. Breakfast modest, better bread and some more fruit would have been welcome. Very little warm food. Service exceptionally good. Clean room and good bed. Shower door instead of draper would be a good idea. But all in all, positive a d priceworthy.

The hotel seems newly renovated and the rooms where in very good condition. Comfortable beds. There were some problems with hotel doors to get into the hotel during the night and no way to contact the staff. (no one answered doorbell or when we called the contact number). Nice breakfast buffet and cosy restaurant area.

This was a really nice place to stay. A little farther away from the city than I would have liked but a wonderful on site restaurant and the morning breakfast was a fantastic and easy way to start our busy days in Stockholm. The staff was great as well!

This was my third visit since the hotel's refurbishment and I repeat my positive reviews. It has a good breakfast buffet and almost every facility you would expect, although it does lack a fridge in the room. It is well located for visiting islands and nature reserves to the south of Stockholm, such as the Tyresta national park. It's a 25 minute train ride to the city centre, stopping conveniently at Södra, Stockholm City and Odenplan. Handen itself is mainly suburban and undergoing quite a bit of reconstruction. The nearby lake Rudan mentioned in other reviews is an attractive area.
