Ok room no air conditioning Staff is ok not perfect

Location is the best thing about the hotel. The hotel is run down, restoration done on low budget. The hotel had a smell of smoke hanging around both in the rooms and around the hotel, we were there for a conference and had booked 4 rooms none were nice and bathrooms were tiny. They were clean and that is the most positive thing I can say. The breakfast was very average. I would not recommend.

They are room clean procedure is very bad and they told to do after 3-4days instead of daily basis.

The rooms are very basic so if you’re looking for a little more space and comfort then maybe not for you. But staff were superb, friendly and welcoming. Hotel is in a good location with the exception of the bar / club across the road, a little noisy.

Noises

This property is very nice although the room was quite small. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The breakfast was good. The best thing is the walkability to the sights along the river, the restaurants, and many lovely shops. I was visiting the university, which is very close. The only downsides were that (1) The elevator broke just as we arrived. However, we left our bags and went to dinner and the elevator was fixed very quickly. (2) The parking under the hotel is VERY cramped. Lots of back-and-forth to get our rental car into a spot. Otherwise, we really enjoyed visiting the lovely city of Boras!

Breakfast was wonderful. The parking reservation system is not explained on Expedia. We parked on the street and received a ticket. That was frustrating. Had we known we needed to reaerve it in advance we certainly would have done so.

Fantastisk personale and good rom

Trevlig personal. Roligt med ett litet målar häfte till barnen. Vi bodde fyra pers i ett rum med en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa. Sängen hade snea ben och var allmänt obekväm. Bäddsoffan var katastrofal stenhård och stort glapp i mitten. Dottern 6år frågade om vi hade fått ett bord att sova på. Hade önskat att man kunde boka ladd plats i garaget fanns ingen plats kvar när vi kom skapar stress att inte veta. Rummet var otroligt varmt trots att det inte var varmt ute. Mannen saknade bacon till frukosten. Bra att det fanns lite mjölkfria alternativ. Barnstolarna i restaurangen var väldigt smutsiga.

Välstädat och rebt. Sköna sängar Men ljud hördes från gatan, tur att man fick hörselproppar på rummet.
