The Shuttle bus to and from airport was great ! The hotel is located minutes from , 'Shopping International, good size shopping mall , two levels and contains a large food court .

I booked to stay at this hotel during the flight cancellations that occurred because of the issues between America & Iran. We were advised to quickly book a hotel close to the airport. When we arrived at the hotel, it was before our check-in time, so we were asked to wait until 2pm. About 30 minutes later I got a call and was told to head back to the airport immediately as British Airways was now able to take passengers on the plane. I approached reception staff and explained the situation and told them that I would no longer need the room as I had to return to the airport straight away. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to accept my cancellation and still charged me for the room, even though we never checked in or used it. I understand that hotels have policies, but given the circumstances and a sudden change due to airline disruptions. I was disappointed that there was no flexibility or understanding shown. A little consideration in situations like this would go a long way, especially when travellers are already dealing with the stress of cancelled flights and last-minute changes. Overall, this experience left a negative impression. I hope the hotel reviews how situations like this are handled in the future and shows more understanding toward travellers facing unexpected travel disruptions. I paid £77 for a hotel that i wasn't able to stay in.

This hotel is essentially worthless without a reliable airport shuttle. I waited from 11:30 PM to 1:30 AM for the shuttle, repeatedly called the hotel, and received no response. Because of this failure, I am requesting a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel to international or domestic travelers who rely on shuttle transportation, especially for safety reasons, as I did.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delicious, as was dinner. It was a relatively long and not very pleasant walk, but within 30 minutes of a mall or other things to do in town.

Room needs to be painted. Sink was clogged. Everything else was just fine. Expensive for the quality

Great hotel for a fair price, convenient if you need to be close to the airport or some shopping areas without being in the super crowded São Pablo. The room and hallway renovations left this hotel as a premium option at a really good price.

Excellent service at reception upon arrival, the room was excellent, clean, and pleasant. The restaurant was excellent, the waiters were attentive, and the food was excellent. I congratulate the kitchen team and chef. The hotel will be recommended in Argentina and Canada.
