This is the world most beautiful hotel!! And the world’s top notch staff! Everyone is so hospitable and gracious. Wish I could have stayed longer.l. What sets apart the great hotels from the world’s awards-winning most excellent hotels is guest services and personal attention to detail. The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra, has top level guest services. And food and accommodations. We were met by the hotel accommodations manager, AISH WARYA SINGH BHADAURIA, and he immediately resolved Expedia booking SNAFUs that had us booked twice - non refundable, once even before we arrived in the country. While the Expedia refund could not happen to no fault of the hotel, our manager friend delivered so much value and benefits to our stay that we felt fully whole. From the personal greetings and farewells, to all the excellent meals and customer service in between, we were blown away impressed by this hotel and its management. Views to the Taj are the best and the pool was perfection. I will recommend to everyone to stay here

Gorgeous place and the service is amazing as always

Another amazing stay at an oberoi property everything you could ever want from this 5 star chain. Service is impeccable the property is just stunning and seeing the Taj Mahal from every window is just breathtaking must add I LOVE the fact that the pool is heated! It meant we could actually use there stunning pool!

Excellent property, the staff were amazing. The location is 100 m from the entrance to the Taj! It’s expensive, but worth it! It’s an experience you will never forget. The views of the Taj from almost every room is unforgettable!!!

Outstanding experience. Service from the front desk is exceptional, restaurants- so-so. That area can use improvement. All other parts of the experience are exceptional.

Amazing hotel, they bend over backwards to make you comfortable. They let me check in at 11 and check out the next day at 4 without any problem which really helped. The hotel and ground are stunning.
