Didn’t like this hotel. Rooms is dated and not so clean.

Staff was exceptional ! Rooms were clean . Great location to numerous great restaurants & bars ! A / C worked perfectly . Nice clean pool & workout room.

The room was spacious with comfortable couch, it is well equipped with basic necessities. Bed was comfortable and they provided with several pillows. Shower was surprisingly hot and strong flow. Breakfast was great with warm and cold items, fresh fruits, juices, and different options daily. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. Kitchen with microwave was a plus. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Self serve laundry service is in the basement (S1), if you have problems accessing Internet for the OMO app, recommendation: use internet wifi on Terreo to pay and unlock washer/ dryer and return to start the load. It worked well and we had clean clothes during our week long stay. Location was a plus, near renown restaurants and short walk to MASP. Highly recommended.

Sempre me hospedo no Fortune. Considero minha casa em São Paulo. Apartamento e corredores sempre limpos. Staff sempre atencioso (destaque para o sr. Neto, o sr. Célio e o sr. Luís). Como preciso trabalhar via internet, o wifi funciona perfeitamente. E o café da manhã (do Pecorino, nesta temporada) é muito bom, com o melhor pão de queijo que já experimentei nos hotéis de São Paulo.

Bathroom roof was a little moldy because it doesn't have proper ventilation but otherwise very clean. Great rooms, they are basically a small apartment with kitchen included

Good location. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy acces to Avenida Paulista and subway. Room is a bit dated but adequate. Had an issue with shower, but was taken care of quickly. Staff was attentive, most don’t speak English.

Not a happy stay! Will not recommend and come back. I booked for a week. The location is good but the building and rooms and furniture is old and run down. Safety box was not working. I was moved to another room but safety box still not working as well and couch has a big tear on leather that you don’t wanna sit on it and you can hear the noise from outside. I was told they will fix the safety box the next day and never fix it during my stay. During my stay I was hiding my passport and valuables locked on my Rimowa luggage. I ask if I can cancel my reservation on the remaining days since they can’t fixed the safety box. I’m free to leave but they will not refund me. Not helpful at the front desk. They don’t care for you at all. Only one person can speak english. We were using google translate for conversation. At night time no one at the front desk and they use camera to get you in.

Excellent location in a safe neighborhood, a few blocks away from Avenida Paulista & MASP. Lots of good restaurants & shopping nearby. Large rooms with kitchenettes, balconies, too!

Enjoyed my stay. Place is centrally located with heaps of restaurants and shops around. Internet is slow and can be improved. Otherwise, perfect for a short stay.

They checked me in and gave me the room of a couple who was already staying there… and I walked in on them. It was terrible. Then I was offended because I don’t speak Portoguese. Then they told me that breakfast was included… and, of course, they didn’t give me any breakfast.
