The hotel was very nice and close to many places I wanted to see. You can walk to many of them.

Excellent location. Rooms were very nice. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The only thing was if you drive a vehicle, parking is a block away.

Fue una estancia cómoda para mí y mi familia. El hotel es limpio, cómodo, está en buenas condiciones y bien ubicado. La habitación que me asignaron fue silenciosa a pesar de estar en una calle muy transitada. Falta un poco de mantenimiento a los elevadores pero fuera de eso, es un buen hotel para disfrutar la CDMX y tener un lugar accesible para descansar.

Buen hotel, en algunas áreas como los elevadores les hace falta un poco de mantenimiento, tambien en los sillones del área de recepción. La ubicación es excelente, el servicio muy bueno y el desayuno es estándar.

El lugar es muy agradable y tranquilo a pocos pasos estoy al acanse del Zocalo el templo, mayor la Torre Latimiamericana el barrio Chino y muchos más esta muy espacioso y seguro.

Staff members are helpful, polite, caring, always attentive to what you need in particular the personnel during breakfast time and the housekeepers. Hotel is very clean. The property is very close to El Zócalo therefore there is a lot of people during the night and the area can be loud, but once inside the hotel is relatively calm. We were in an interior room therefore the outside noise was not heard. The only thing I would say is the conversations or noise from other guests can be heard clearly in the room when they walk the hallways. Its not something than the hotel can really control, I would say if you are a light sleeper then request a room at the end of the hallway. We enjoyed our stay, great location.
