The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is amazing and they make everything fresh. The room was decently spaced and there was ample space on the beach with loungers.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff (including the friendly room cleaners). Close to plenty of food places. Would recommend staying here

Hotel Review Our check-in experience was excellent. Kareem at the reception was very professional, kind, and welcoming. We truly appreciate his warm hospitality and the smooth way he handled our check-in process. The breakfast was also excellent, with great quality and a very pleasant dining experience. We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here as it ticks all our boxes when visiting Dubai. Location is fantastic and the facilities are everything we need, especially the Wave breaker restaurant. The new layout of the pool areas have only improved things. We look forward to returning again soon .

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were all amazing, and a special shout-out to Virgin Iskandar on reception and Satyendra, who kept our room lovely and clean. The hotel was in a great location and had a nice beach area. If we come back to Dubai then we will definitely stay at this hotel. I can't think of a single negative thing. Thank you, Hiton Dubai Jumeirah, for making our stay so memorable.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The beach and pool areas were lovely. We were half board and there were so many options on the buffet and it was really good quality and tasted great. We had the set menu at the Italian restaurant one night which was fantastic. All the staff were courteous and helpful too. Would recommend!

Clean rooms, staff very friendly and service was good. 2 large pools 1 adult only, food was fantastic with a selection of 6/7 restaurants. Room was small considering it was a 2 queen bed room but still nice. Great location, on the door step of the walk with lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Lovely views of the harbour

Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah! We stayed in one of the family suites, which was spacious, well-designed, and perfectly suited for our needs. A few things that really made our trip: Cleanliness: The room was kept spotless throughout our entire visit. Dining: We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants on-site; the food quality and variety were excellent. Service: The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai!"

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Good location with beach access and next to shops and restaurants

Housekeeping staff were excellent. Also, staff in the hotel restaurants were very friendly. We had a suite on the executive floor, which was lovely.

We had booked a partial sea-facing room which was great. The location of the hotel is 10/10. Loved the breakfast buffet, plenty of options to choose from. Our kids loved the temperature controlled piil and the beach as well. Will definitely stay here again

Staff are great

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Rooms were always left dirty no toothe brushes etc no way a 5 star hotel, extremely disappointed with the whole experience only stayed for the period due to commitments in the area. Asked for ice and was told to get it from the hallway. Nobody offered to help with bags etc. whole experience with staff was terrible. Cleanliness was also terrible.
