clean room, good staff

The room was old and the windows didn’t block any noise form the street.

The hotel is in a nice location, pretty clean and updated enough. I did have problems while there. There is clearly a non smoking policy and my second night I was there my room filled with smoke from the neighboring room and the hotels choice was to make me move my room instead of kicking them out. This was a huge undertaking and quite frankly ruined my stay. Not only the situation but how the hotel handled it. I will most likely find a different hotel when I am back in Fortaleza next time. Disappointed for sure, I expect more out of hotels I stay at. Too many other hotels on the strip to deal with the conditions here.

It’s ok. The price seems ok. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant food is better than expected for a reasonable price. The staff is great. Why 3 stars? The pool isn’t a pool. At deepest it’s less than 1m. The hotel is getting old. Patch work everywhere. While I was in the pool, “things” dropped into the pool. I looked around and the best guess was it was pieces of mortar from the tiles above. There we several in the pool. I had a room that had a door that went to another room. No issues. I had some price time with my girl. We thought we were alone. After about 20 minutes of laying in bed, we heard voices. They were talking to each other at a normal volume. We could hear them clearly. That means that they heard us clearly. I don’t want to talk the place down. For the price, it’s a great location and has several positives. I’m not sorry I was there but I’ll pay more next time. Again, it has several very good points.

Rooms were spotless, staff were helpful & friendly. Air conditioning units are external to rooms on small balconies and are generally noisy

It’s sad to see the decline of this hotel, which was once one of the top hotels in Fortaleza. From the lobby to the gym, it’s easy to notice how the property has been abandoned and poorly maintained over the years. The wooden furniture in our room was worn out, with broken corners and splinters everywhere. The bathroom made no effort to hide its advanced age. The common areas looked like those of a roadside motel. The staff seemed unmotivated, always looking upset. We had to ask four times for an extra pillow that never arrived. The only good thing about the hotel is the generous view of Meirelles Beach and Volta da Jurema — beautiful. In short, it’s a shame to see the hotel in this condition. We hope the new management succeeds in restoring it, as it has one of the best locations in Fortaleza and enormous potential.

Very nice hotel, breakfast selection best of any hotel in cera we stayed in. Highly recommended to stay here.

Nos ficamos nesse hotel por 4 noites, a vista do quarto foi maravilhosa, mais o hotel esta um pouco antigo, tudo estava limpinho, o ar condicionado, q muito necessário funcionou maravilhosamente bem, gracas a Deus. O cafe da manha foi muito bom, A unia coisa q realmente nao foi excelente foi que o hotel esta bem antigo a precisa de uma reforma. Alem disso foi ótimo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Tree. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location is great, right in front of the beach.

Front facing rooms esp. the deluxe, are roomy and comfortable. They can suffer from noise from adjoining small room, conversations and esp. the a/c unit

I love the Blue Tree Towers.Its located right on the beach the staff is friendly and has everything.
