Room was excellent, view to the beach! Shower was spacious, and bed was comfortable. Overall, the staff was friendly, attentive and was a good experience. Restaurant food was good too.

We stayed at Blue JackTar Hotel, and surprisingly, it was better than the other two resorts we visited during our trip. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant on-site, and the beachfront location is a huge plus. Being right on the beach made the experience much more enjoyable and relaxing. One unique touch we really liked was the pond with turtles—it was a nice detail and something different to see. Most importantly, the staff was very helpful and attentive, which made a big difference in our overall stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The rooms are spacious,clean good condition, but how are you going to at property when the staffs they are looking at you like doesnt want to help you or nothing like you are a homeless or not valuable for them

No hot tub. Very clean very nice place that I will return to. In an upscale complex that’s safe. Good restaurant and others in close range.

80-90% good, just two things: one was the dinner in the restaurant. Place a time in tables so others have the chance to dinner or make available the beach restaurant when the hotel is full. The prices in the menu are high too.

Room was ok / this place has aged there were no working outlets on either side of the bed but the bed was comfortable and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night.

First of all, the staff are rock stars!!!!! They all were very friendly, attentive and did a great job! Green Jack could improve by explaining some dishes. Overall, the rooms NEED updating!!!!! Not

Very quiet, clean rooms. Only stayed one night. Food at Green Jack very mediocre. Servers were exceptional!
