Amazing hotel

Lovely hotel, the staff were polite and friendly, the premium room spacious (even with an extra bed in for our kid), we also appreciated the Nespresso machine with pods. I forgot my hair brush but requested one via the hotel web service and it cwas delivered to our room within 15 mins. The location is convenient just a 10 min walk from the station/Flixbus stop and about 15 mins to the start of the old town. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that. Heidelberg itself was also lovely, well worth the visit for a long weekend!

Had a lovely stay here! The staff was wonderful, and they allowed us to keep our luggage in the storage area prior to check-in. Bicycles were available for rent, which makes old town a quick hop away. Small but quiet and well-designed room with comfy furnishings. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing breakfast

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town. Rooms are clean and modern.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Nice location, between the train station and the old part of the city. Very walkable. However the WiFi in the room was barely usable. Wifi connection was only available in the lobby.

Great place

Fabulous hotel, with great facilities. Only stayed three day and ye were greeted and soon recognised by restaurant and bar staff who made everyone welcome. Breakfast offer is significantly better than comparable class hotels.

Beautiful spacious room with a nice balcony and a welcome pack of gummy bears for my son. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the old town and no pool, the fire , I wouldn’t recommend for families

There was some confusion at check-in between superior vs premium room. Photos are not accurate as there are many rooms . We skipped housekeeping and were issued a complimentary drink coupon - but the bartender had a tough time redeeming it. Helpful staff, firm bed, good size room. Needs touch up painting . Easy walk to train station- Longer to walk to City center.

Awesome staff, very nice & clean room. You have to have breakfast here, definitely much better that what you can find outside.

Conformtable beds and pillows

Fantastic stay. The staff, bartenders and the kitchen. Tops!

The television in both the living area and bedroom kept turning off.

Everything was really nice the only problem that we had is that we couldn’t charge the car because the charging machines were not working besides that everything was really good I really love the room and the location of the hotel

Fantastic rooms for families and in a great location for exploring Heidelberg! Staff were lovely and welcoming and the room is very well equipped. We opted not to go for breakfast so can't comment on the food, but the drinks at the bar were great. Would definitely stay again, by far our best stay in Heidelberg so far!!
