My sheets smell like dirt the shower was very bad breakfast was not included and on top my tv wasn’t working they said they’ll fix it they never did

Stayed here 1 night and it was such an easy check in and room was very neat. Will defiantly stay here again.

Kind and always helpful service at all times. This beautiful hotel is greatly located near walking distance of nearly all the city center. They are always willing to help and find ways to make sure you are safe, happy, and enjoying your stay. Will definitely keep using this hotel for my visits.

Very nice hidden gem. It's a little loud but you really shouldn't visit Zac to sleep.

Comfortable and affordable, in an easy to access part of historic Zacatecas. Someone was smoking in the courtyard and the smell wafted up into my room. Room could have used a desk/table.

Although the hotel is located walking distance from downtown and Alex at the reception was nice and allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm, later you discover that the amenities are just average and they keep asking you to leave tips to the staff up to 4 times in the same room. We believe tips are to be earned, not asked for...

This hotel is nice and very original with a modern look and feel I loved it it's close to the clubs and stores it's awesome

Overall it was a good experience. It is a small hotel with charm. It is close enough to walk to but far enough from downtown for quietness. This hotel does NOT have an elevator so it might be a good thing or a bad thing. I liked the exercise, however, there were times when I was soo tired I wished it had one.

Good location, comfortable room, just one Little thing, the room wasn´t ready when we check in, so we have to wait about 15 mins outside the room!!!!
