Very nice hotel. Very close to main train station, bus and tram stops. Room was clean, nice and quiet. Staff at reception was nice, very helpfull and multilingual.

Very good location, close to the train station and to the old town and city centre. Room was very clean, very nicely designed and very comfortable. Breakfast had an amazing range of options, with a focus on healthy eating as well as including local produce. Reception staff were lovely and there was an amazing amount of amenities provided.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, but our stay got off to a rough start when they couldn’t find our reservation. Unfortunately, the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Overall, an average experience.

Excellent hotel that far exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and new and I wish I had stayed here previously. Very close walk to the central old town and an easy walk to the station. Breakfast was a superb buffet selection and the granola and fruit selection was great. Coffee wasn't quite to my taste (a bit bitter for me) but otherwise I was happy. One request is some milk in the bedrooms - kettle, teabags and coffee is not much good without milk. Gym and sauna looked lovely and having free bikes to hire is a great idea. I need to come back and enjoy more if these. Thank you for a lush vely stay.
