Breakfast was great at time chaotic especially on days when a group tour bus showed up. The staff was super nice and helpful in the kitchen and breakfast room . The only beach view available was from the roof top.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The cleanliness was not up to standard we had to go downstairs every single day to request our room to be cleaned. The bathroom had issues as well: the tub would fill with water while showering, and the sink was leaking (both were eventually fixed after we reported them). The overall condition of the hotel feels quite run down. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the general upkeep just isn’t what you’d expect from a Marriott property. The bed was extremely hard I actually had to request an extra blanket just to make it more comfortable to sleep on. Towels were also poor quality, which added to the experience. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the rooftop view is beautiful. But overall, the hotel needs serious improvement. For the price and brand, it was very disappointing.

Clean and convenient for the tram, bus and Promenade des Anglais. Pool was a little chilly but it was early March. Staffing was a bit light given how busy the place was but they worked really hard. One team to the airport and easy to get to the railway station. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, but the hotel did not feel like a four star. More like 3.5. The breakfast on the roof with a view is great though. Bathroom is tight with a vary narrow tub. How does anyone take a shower? But I guess it's standard to have narrow tubes in France. Floors were not carpeted, likely for easier cleaning of beach goers. Location is nice and quiet, 15 minute walk to the main part of Nice.

Had a good stay. The location was great and its easy to get to the hotel form the airport. Right by the beach. Standard room with a coffee machine which is nice. The room was clean and had everything it needed. The staff at reception was friendly. The only reason why I give it four instead of five stars are: - the gym could be a bit more modern - one morning, the cleaning lady knocked on my door and sort of 'kicked me out' for my room to be cleaned - I didn't have breakfast or any other services included, so I can't comment on those Overall, I'd stay there again!!

We had a fantastic stay at AC. The staff were some of the most friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean and extremely close to the beach front. The rooftop bar was lovely too!

Hotel was great, perfect location for the Promenade des Anglais, well maintained and clean rooms, attentive staff. Enjoyed a long weekend here very much

Staff were friendly and location was perfect. The room was clean, tidy and big enough for 2 people, as requested. The only complaints are 1. 150€ taken as a security deposit. 1 minute to charge and 5 days for refund! 2. City tax not mentioned or charged until check out.

The hotel has a partial view of the beach and not a beachfront.

Staff is very friendly. Guest room is comfortable. Both the toilet and vanity faucet have leaks. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the old town. I wouldn’t stay here again due to the location.
