Good location, friendly staff, buffet breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is located on the harbour and provides convenient access to the city centre since streetcar stops (Lines 7, 9 and 1) are near the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice selection of sweet and savoury dishes. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always helpful, I had chosen a superior room with a balcony and I loved having an outdoor space to relax at the end of the day. Our stay was very enjoyable and I would go back without hesitation.

Not clean the room everyday

Standard room comfortable, bathroom is atrium design, a bit small and lacks lighting. Weird faucet. Gym has good machines. Coffee is $4, didn’t find the free grab and go breakfast, might have been in the restaurant. Ok location esp if going to cruise port. Would stay again.

Big room. Comfortable beds (two super kings in a family room). Quiet. Excellent breakfast. Right beside tram stop so easy to get about. Would stay again.

Rooms are very small. Hot water (no) warm at the best. No I've machines. Must ask for some and they will deliver to your room. The hallways seamed to be very dingy. The chiller system never got the room below 22c.

Great value. Would recommend for anyone needing something convenient for a day or two.

Breakfast was the highlight, along with super comfy bed and lovely windows that opened wide to let in the crisp fresh air! Bathroom is a bit oddly designed but it did have heated floors which is a nice touch!

This hotel was very conveniently located close to the cruise port. It had a beautiful view and was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. My only complaint was that the room was very warm even though we had the ac on low. We opened the windows, though, and it was very cool after that. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious.

Check-in was smooth. We got a complimentary upgrade with a spectacular view of the Baltic sea. Breakfast was top-notch. The hotel was home away from home.

Breakfast was excellent! The air conditioner in our room did not work and it was so hot. We could not get the staff to come check it out. We left the glass doors open to the outside, but that had no effect. It was hard to sleep and we were there for 6 nights. Otherwise, nice hotel with the most amazing breakfast. Decent location but not in the middle of the sights so we had to walk 20+ minutes and take Ubers. Likely not to stay again.

The staff was excellent. It was a short stay but the property is very nice and the room was clean and big and had everything you needed. Loved my stay there.

The location was fine and close to tram stops but disappointed with our stay. Rooms only cleaned every three days. Fine - but you had to ask for toilet rolls or clean towels and no emptying of the bins. Also no way to put heat on in the room. Sunday night we arrived back and wanted a drink from the bar at 9.25 pm only to be told that the bar is shut - never experienced that in a hotel. Hotel management just replied - thank you for your feedback !!

Horrible noise from A/C and ventilation system at my room

Very accessible with port, city centre as the tram is just in front of the hotel.
