Hotel Is dated and rooms as well. Made the reservation 12 month before arrival and asked Specifically for double bed - got a twin room which I didn’t like. Area is Ok but a bit far from Madrid gran via or Chueca viblly areas

Great hotel in a very good location, It is just a few min walk to the Ruben Dario metro station. Room was comfortable and clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. One of the most basic expectations when booking a room is having access to hot water, especially for something as essential as taking a shower. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. There was no hot water at all during my stay—only freezing cold water, which made showering extremely uncomfortable and honestly unacceptable. After a long day, this was incredibly frustrating and not what I expected. Overall, this experience really let me down. It’s a fundamental issue that should never happen, and it completely affected the quality of my stay. I hope the hotel addresses this problem, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great place to stay close to Castellana business district and Salamanca, and not far from central Madrid. Rooms are very modern, comfortable, clean, and overall very good for a short or medium stay. Will definitely be coming back.

Although most hotels in Spain do not have air conditioning available during this time of year, we were fortunate that on the day we arrived, this property had the air conditioning running. Because of that, our experience here was wonderful. In the two previous hotels we stayed at, air conditioning was not available due to the weather not being considered warm enough, which we found quite inconvenient. We had to keep the windows open at night, and the outside noise made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, this hotel had the air conditioning working during our stay, which made a significant difference in our comfort.

Would book this hotel again without hesitation! The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, walking distance to incredible shopping and dining. The streets are peaceful and picturesque - like something you’d see in a movie. Our room was more than comfortable and spacious for my husband and I. Staff was very friendly, would have loved to stay even longer!

Hotel is in a very upmarket part of Madrid (Salamanca)but in a quiet side road which makes it ideal for seeing other interesting places. Lots of restaurants and posh shops in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't have so can't comment. Single room was spacious and very clean.

Air conditioner didn't work properly and it was very uncomfortable in our room. We didn't report it because we wete in a hurry next AM.

Excellent, quiet location, with great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, but can be improved. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they turned off the air conditioning without any warning, or at least they didn't warn me, and the room was extremely hot the last night. They should warn the guests…
