El parking es de pago, pero al final vale la pena pagar. Los empleados muy amables dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación está bien quizás algún detalle más que le faltaría cuidar a la hora de la limpieza. Ubicación ideal si quieres comprar y no coger el coche super cerca del caldea y otras áreas.

Parking

This hotel is so-so. It is dated and in need of renovation. The "spa" pool is really dated complete with mirrors from the late 70's/early 80's and a mural. The bathrooms in the pool area are unsightly. Our room had a great view and terrace, but the bed was uncomfortable, the linens were okay, but the decor was very dated. The massage staff, however, were excellent. Unfortunately, navigating the rest of the staff was very difficult unless you speak Catalan - which we do not (English, French, and a tiny bit of Spanish). Although the property advertises parking and valet, it was nonexistent. Same is true for "room service" which was a dicey proposition. The location was terrific and right in the heart of the shopping district and dining. The walk is about 2 blocks to Caldea.

Really good located hotel in the middle of Andorra. Big rooms and big toilet, with shower and also bath tub. Pet friendly! Which makes it easy for a family holiday :) Great customer service too! Really helpful

Terrible customer service, you ask for extra things or help and they never deliver! The only two starts are gave to his rating is one for a view to mountains from Superior room only, and closeness to shopping/restaurants. The spa/ swimming pool is for 24 euros per person even for hotel guests! This should be for free or low fee with access of 1h for hotel guests! We didnt go to the restaurant.

Our maid was AWESOME!!! The rest of the the facility could definitely use an upgrade! I felt like I was in the 1960s and not in a good way. The room was rather hot. I cannot figure out how to use the heater or the air conditioner. If we left the door open, it smelled like exhaust fumes. This was a no-win situation. We got there a few minutes before check-in and the way to leave. Our bags was not fully explained. And we were never offered our two free drinks per day.

Great staff and location. We lost a set of AirPods in our room and they went above and beyond to find them for us. The location is central and there is parking underground.

Amazing stay, excellent customer service, perfect location, vallet parking, the best massage ever and welcome with cava. We had an incredible time and hopefully come back

Nice, but slightly dated, well situated hotel in the centre of town. Reasonable breakfast, big bedroom and bathroom. bedroom furniture perhaps needs modernisation. Good wifi throughout hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Surface level car park opposite the hotel approx 20 euros a night

A nice well located hotel close to shops and restaurants. My room was a bit dark for my tastes and it felt a bit tired. Also, unfortunately, they disable the air con in the bedrooms when the daytime outside temperature falls below 28 degrees centigrade which is was during my stay. It was about 21 degrees. I didn't see this published anywhere in advance. My room, however, was well above that temperature and I could not understand why it would not cool down. Once I switched off the air con at 2am and opened the windows the temperature became tolerable but noise from outside was a small problem. I think it would be helpful to let guests know this in advance. If I'd left the windows open all evening, rather than assuming the air con would work, it would have been a much better solution.

Fabulous hotel! This hotel has everything, location, restaurant, pool, spa, convenience, comfort, and friendly staff! No complaints at all.

When I choise Roc Blanc is Ok. Excellent location, but nobody mention the Expedia VIP status.

Good location, but a bit loud at times. Restaurant staff was rude at best. Hotel staff was somewhat nice but not helpful at all. Breakfast was good. I encourage to read most of the reviews of this place, and I second most of the points. There was no parking spots available on the hotel, and the staff had no idea where to park (there was parking across the street, which offered a discount for multiple days). Hotel is dated, rooms are old and simple stuff like a sink flush lever was broken and "patched" to work. Hotel did not honor Expedia VIP status. Overall disappointed with what should be a 4-star hotel.

Stayed here for Christmas Eve and day. The hotel seems like it has not been renovated in quite some time. It is clean but shows her age. It is very well located but WiFi was awful. We had half-board Xmas lunch and dinner the food was fair.

Weekend in the city - good location, close to the shopping street and nearby restaurants. Spa is good but was we expecting more on the breakfast. Crowded and food quality was not impressive - really average. Hotel has a back entrance with a scalator that says "no lugge here" - I could not find the elevator therefore you have to walk up a good numbers of stair steps with the luggage on your hand. A small rock concert took place in from of the hotel - was a good night. Good hotel, needs a bit renewal in some areas.

This hotel is very close to just about everything you want to see in the village. Nice room but there were pee stains on the bidet and toilet. No elevator from the parking, so it has to be valet. Generally a nice place but they need to clean more carefully.
