Really excellent family suite which was essentially a double room and a twin room (themed with child-friendly decor and activities) with a connecting door. The pool is heated which is great. There is a play room for small children and a games room for older children but these are unsupervised. Supervised children's activities are available on weekends. We had access to the executive lounge which was great, especially whilst waiting for check-in, and for our flight which was a bit later than the check out time. Staff are generally very attentive and polite everywhere.

Great breakfast. Nice place to spend a day with a massage, swim and late checkout before flying home.

Needed a place to stay due to a flight cancelation. Stayed in other hotels close to the airport before, but this one beats the others by far. Has a nice restaurant in case you need a good meal, a good gym, nice staff, nice rooms. Also, if you cannot stand the Brazilian electrical outlets, needing to use an adaptor all the time, this hotel has standard USA outlets!!!

It absolutely would have been 5 stars, especially for the children’s amenities and most of the staff, but it got 4 stars because the last night of our stay, the room above us was having a party until 3am so it prevented sleep in our room. When I told the checkout staff, he could not have cared less and just wanted rid of me. Such a shame as the rest of the staff had been absolutely amazing and accommodating, especially in the executive lounge. The restaurant BASE is lovely, food was excellent. Rooms were very clean.

The only slight issue we encountered during our stay was one of the two panoramic lifts wasn’t working and it was taking a while to get from one floor to another. We have enjoyed our one night stay and wish we had more time to explore the property ( our flight to GRU was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 8:20pm).

We were only there for a short 12 hrs but all was great.

Very good hotel with lots of amenities. Service and food are good, great location close to airport. This time my bathroom was not great, with some mold and a broken rail in the shower door. Not a big issue but maintenance should be better if they want to keep a higher standard (and price).

Fantastic!Best hotel near the airport. Room was comfortable room and quiet, very clean, huge breakfast (gluten-free and vegan friendly). Staff was friendly and airport transfer was on time.
