Requested for extra pillows however was ignored.

Old and rundown. Shower/tub unusable.

Single pane windows, very very loud. Im a heavy sleeper and kept waking up. A/C very loud starting up and off and on all night. My room right over a door so people coming and going every time woke me up. Needs TLC maintaining and fixing, upgrading. Some nice staff, some incompetent basically.

Clean and very pet friendly

The guy at the front desk did not found my reservation with Expedia. He ask me to call Expedia. When I was waiting on the phone with Expedia, his co-worker at the front desk found my reservation... weird?!

It was very clean

Toilet ran constantly didn’t like the outside door banging open & closed until 12:45am I don’t know if it was someone going outside to smoke BUT it was every 10 minutes!!! Definitely could use new carpets & some paint

The property is not very clean, bugs in the bathroom. Should have paid the extra $50 to stay somewhere nice.

Overnight stop, loved having Denny's on site.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite, perfect for families to spread out.

Nothing special to write about. Pretty standard for Sandman. Convenient location. However, disappointed losing power in the room; no elevator - stairs height no evens.

Old condition, lacks of maintenence

Older hotel but not well taken care of and in major disrepair. Sad to see. Could tell it had not been wiped down or vacuumed well.

The indoors of the property was clean (did not use the pool and such). Room was clean and comfortable. The rooms /bathroom could use a refresher for removing the wallpaper (it doesn't clean well), and the bathroom fixtures...tub was leaky, lots of sealant on sink. The one night stay was very quiet and teh bed was VERY comfy after a VERY long drive. I will stay again.

The room conditions were not well maintained. Bathroom was very rough including shower taps work in reverse. Very confusing entrance from lobby to the 4th floor. Overall conditions of hotel were run down. Will not stay there again.

We left after 5 hours and got no refund beds were horrible pool was closed not good

I wish i would have known that there is no elevator.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and the kitchen even had a dishwasher. The carpet seemed relatively new and the beds were comfortable. One big issue was that the suite was advertised as having one king bed and one queen bed, but the queen bed was actually a double bed which was a problem for the couple that was sleeping on it. The place was reasonably clean but could have been a bit better. The hotel is a bit rough with banged up doors and walls and outdated bathrooms. The bathtub as a bit of a mess and I would not have been comfortable sitting in it. It was fine for showering although the showerhead was not great, just adequate. Toilet needs upgrading as it is very low and would be hard for older people or people with mobility challenges. The kitchen had a few supplies but could have been more fully stocked. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The pictures on the website are not what you get! Our room was out dated windows and mirrors so dirty . Old baseboards and doors you could see the dust pilling up on it.
