We arrived a day late because of flight issues and were not refunded or credited any amount. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room with two queen size beds and plenty of room to spread out. It was on the same level as the common balcony so we could exit out the sliding doors and enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a coastal view of the Amalfi coast. Breakfast was a huge assortment of American, and European style and a fresh orange juice squeezing machine that you could feed oranges and it would deliver wonderfully fresh OJ. It was a bit of a walk up from downtown, but that kept the noise and chaos of the chistmas crowds at least 3 blocks away from the hotel making car service super easy. We enjoy lounge access with limited refreshments but it worked well for a cold drink after a long day on your feet.

The helpful staff & their level of customer service is what made our stay simply excellent! The views from the breakfast buffet is straight out of a painting. The panoramic views and the lemon groves of the property are an icing on the cake. Rooms were spacious and well serviced too. Absolutely worth every penny!

Everything about the hotel was outstanding a bit further from town and if walking the hill is a little tough but the staff and the property make it worth the walk and a good thing after you eat in town

Staff were great. Restaurants were great. Disappointed with the rooms. They were clean and comfortable but nothing spectacular. Outdoor pool was not heated. (We were there in October) Indoor pool was not open.

Beautiful property in every way. The hotel sits on a hill so the view is beautiful. It was walkable for us into Sorrento’s town center however friends that we were traveling with would take a taxi. If you are staying for more than a night or two and looking for a comfortable room, look elsewhere or book a high-end room here. I found the room we were in to be small and very basic. Not even a door on the closet. Only two drawers at the bottom of the closet. It was not comfortable for a six night stay (my opinion). Chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable. We put pillows on the seats, LOL! The staff was wonderful and even offered to bring us extra drawers.

This property was a pleasure to stay. It was clean and staff were friendly. Distance from shopping was walkable; enjoyed my stay.

Five star hotel ! Beautiful view and wonderful service.

Property overall was great. Staff was very friendly. All food options we delicious and the pool was great. Walkable into Sorrento and was not hard to find. Only item to note was the beds/pillows were terrible. Zero support at all. I would stay here again but only if knowing the beds were newer.

Bar service a little slow, but otherwise beautiful trip Make sure you get a bathmat in the tub very very slippery otherwise no complaints

I can’t recommend this place enough

I loved this hotel so much. You have to walk about to the city center but there is a shortcut make sure you ask. The hotel is phenomenal more like a 5 stars. The pool the rooftop, the restaurants wow they were fantastic. It’s perfect for families!!! Rooms are huge, elevators huge! So so pretty too! Also, they even make their own olive oil! I can’t recommend this place enough

Beautiful hotel but not worth the money we spent for it compared to other hotels we stayed at in Italy. Nothing near this hotel. They should offer a shuttle into town but don’t . Very hard to get a taxi back. Restaurants terrible. Over priced, small portions and not good overall. Will not stay there again

Sorrento, is a peefect place to unwind or fill your days with adventures. The hotel is luxurioya, quiet wirh friendly staff and several pools to stay cool
