This hotel is basic but very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. This hotel is close to everything, you dont need a car.

Wish they had larger flat screen TVs in the rooms. Signage for hours of breakfast would've been nice as well.

A 3-star was not our first choice, but it was extremely last-minute. We were pleasantly surprised and the one-night stay was excellent!

I had an excellent time during my stay. The pool had some missing tiles that the hotel should fix. My granddaughter cut her heal on one. That was the only issue I had at the hotel

Staff made me feel like family. They were efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating & I’ll return.

My stay was acceptable. There are minor defects, like the towel holder is broken, TV the remote was not working properly. The hotel is clean and well lit, great location, close by everything. I like it and will stay here again.

Great location, just close enough to the hustle and bustle of the marina, but far enough away to be quiet!

I like the cleanliness of the property, but the microwave in our room wasn’t working. The bathroom was a bit too small.

all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole place was so cute. chilaquiles were so good!

That i had a bed to sleep in for that night. I was supposed to come to cabos on November 1st and I came 1 day earlier, then i went were i was supposed to go riu palace, very BIG difference.

They had no record of my reservation, only the earlier cancellation of two days, not the change to one day.
