Nice view, the rooms were clean but the hot tub water was not so clean. Very kind stuff.

Every is clean and welcoming, although the dining restaurant is limited but staff were very helpful to get us what we need.

Clean, accessible, close to everything

The hotel was a little outdated but everything was still fine. We didnt go in any of the pools or hot tubs, but the outdoor hot tub by a fire seemed really nice. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Beautiful area. Exterior of property, balconies etc. need a some care and attention. Loose deck-boards and railings. But overall a nice hotel, with excellent views of Mont Orford from the front of the property. Pub Chalet 2.0 is walkable and a friendly, fun experience - good beer & food

We just stayed one night there on our road trip to Edward Prince, Ontario. The bed was so comfortable not like others were too soft. And you can't beat the price around the area. We also paid for the all you can eat breakfast before checking out next day.

Staff at front desk unfriendly and not very competent. Terrible value for the price! Patio doors filthy, lots of dust, lights that didn't work, in major need of renovations. We had three rooms, two standard rooms (two queen beds and one suite), over $1000 for one night! Because we used expedia, they would not include breakfast for three people. Do not spend your hard earned money here!!!

Le service est terrible. Nous avons été au voisin Estrimont afin d’avoir du service au restaurant. Les chambres sont vétustes avec parfois de la moisissure. Même si c’est pas cher nous retournerons pas à cet établissement. Le choix ne manque pas dans la région.

We were disappointed by kitchen bar being mostly closed. Such between season reductions should be known online before booking and arriving to a disappointment.

Property was very nice. The mattress was very saggy and the towels were the worst I’ve ever had - almost threadbare.

The room was clean, our room was on the first floor and had a lake view with a walk out back door to the open area and beautiful view, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but still good. Over all we enjoyed our stay.
