Not as nice as advertised. It was still decent.

You always have to rate it based on the price you paid. We got a good deal, and although our room was not renovated and needs a major update, it was fine and we had a great view. The staff is very friendly, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. The only issue, and the area that needs improvement, is the hallway. The carpet does not seem to be vacuumed properly. We have stayed there a couple of times over the years, and it definitely looks like no attachment was used on the vacuum for the cracks along the edges, and they do not get close enough to the room doors or the walls.

we had a wonderful stay here!

This was supposed to be a spa hotel with a pool. Booked only a week before arrival only to find the pool closed and limited spa access. Dirty spa area, Really not worth the stay. No refund offered for no spa plus when we arrived we were not even told the pool area was closed. We put on our bathing suits only to find the pool being emptied and the spa area very filthy. Very disappointed. We could have been informed as I would have gone elsewhere.

Quiet and smells amazing!

C’est un bel hôtel et les chambres sont propres. Cependant, leurs attraits principaux (foyer 4 faces à l’accueil et spa extérieurs) ne sont pas mis en valeur. Le beau gros foyer a l’entrée n’est jamais allumé à moins qu’un client n’en fasse la demande, ce qui selon moi est vraiment dommage puisque cela inciterait les gens à aller prendre un verre au bar. De plus, notre plus grosse déception a été le spa extérieur qui nous avait attiré à l’hôtel à la base, mais l’eau était tellement d’une drôle de couleur et elle sentait mauvais que cela nous a dégoûté à l’utiliser. C’est vraiment dommage qu’il ne soit pas entretenu comme il le devrait.

Loved the room. We got a suite and it was absolutely wonderful. Fireplace in the room with logs provided. Wonderful. The hot tubs / pool area were somewhat smaller / outdated.

Beautiful location, nice room with all the amenities we could want. Great for the kids too.

The room was very clean and spacious. There was a working fireplace ready to go. The hot tubs and pool were nice after a day xc skiing. Although they said there was breakfast on site for a fee, that was not true. However, there are 2 fantastic breakfast options at the end of the road. The communal parts of the hotel were not very clean and needed a good vacuuming.
