Curteous crew, spotless room, charming and desuet.

Nice traditional hotel, well maintained in general. Rooms are in good shape despite the obvious age of the property. I would like the room service to be offered by default and not by request. The buffet breakfas is a very average american breakfast... nothing special. The dinner at the restaurant was good.

Lots of fruit, lots of different prepared dishes. Buffet style.

Lovely hotel, overlooking the bay. Nice gardens; comfortable lounge with real fire.

There was not enough restaurant and bar staff to adequately service the guests. We could not eat dinner at hotel because there were no waiters on site. Bar service took very long.

Room and washroom was a little small and tight. But understandable because of age of historical building

What a great hotel for a very memorable stay in Tadoussac. Convenient location. Iconic views. Great staff. Very beautiful hotel that fulfilled our needs perfectly! Very highly recommended.

Top notch location and staff. Older hotel, so sound does travel a bit between units.

The hotel is older and reminds me of Muskoka hotels. There is no small fridge in room. One night we dined looking forward to our gourmet dinner from their reknown chefs. Ordered French Onion Soup and it was the worse onion soup I have ever had - no flavour, not even piping hot. Very disappointed. The rest of the dinner was ok nothing great. Breakfast buffet was very good but pricey. The grounds are beautiful and lovely to look out on the St Lawrence. Within walking distance of the village and where you take the whale watching boat

Beautiful location looking out over the st Lawrence River. Convient walking distance to downtown and Marina. No air conditioning in rooms would be my only issue in the hot month's. Good was excellent table de hote menu. All on all a beautiful hotel.

The location is fantastic, the hotel very clean, great linens and a comfortable bed, full of amenities, staff very friendly, the breakfast was outstanding!

Beautiful location and surrounding area! Little shops and restaurants located within walking distance. Convenient access to whale watching tours. Sealife can be spotted from the beach/boat docks at times as well!
