This was a family stay with a baby. Our room was right at the end and it was a long walk to get there with lots of doors throughout the lobby which was not easy with a baby stroller and our luggage. The room itself was fairly basic , even for a standard room. The breakfast was incredibly simple and was of a similar standard to a Travelodge or premier inn. The swimming pool and facilities were decent and would be the only reason we may consider coming back but will be skipping the breakfast next time.

Shower didn’t work and sink was blocked in the room. Some of the waiters needed more training in the dining room. Other than that fine.

Is a really lovely hotel. Rebecca cleaned our room really well and front desk on Saturday and Sunday morning was really helpful. We would definitely recommend staying and will be returning.

Great value, nice hotel, great pool facility

Everything was great, very minor but both the coffee machines were broken at breakfast

Staff were wonderful. Hotel in a really great location for an event in the local area. Enjoyed it so much we booked here for valentine's day too!

The staff on reception were outstanding, always friendly and helpful. We asked for rooms near the entrance on the ground floor and our request was accommodated without hesitation. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

Bit rough around but

Reception staff polite and efficient, bar staff also. Room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Seemed to be quite a few hairs in the bathroom. Room was otherwise comfortable. Swimming pool and amenities good. Massage was also good but have had better ones for less money. Bar food in afternoon was a tomato and mozzarella panini, was ok but could have been hotter. Hot chocolate very tasty. Dogs can stay at the hotel which is fine I guess but I hope the hairs in my room were not from an animal. Hope the rooms for dogs are separated. I like dogs but don’t want to share a room with one that has stayed, no matter how good the cleaning might be. There was one guy there with his two dogs both curled up on one of the couches in the bar. I don’t agree with this.

Clean & comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. No drinking water in the room which I found odd for a 4 star hotel.

Sociable staff and clean spar area

Staff were helpful and really pleasant. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast had a good choice with healthy options. Surrounding area is very pretty with a lovely village about a mile away with plenty of restaurants and bars. We stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We had a fab time.
