I’d stay here again, centrally located !

All was very nice and clean. Food was excellent. The only downside was that the shower was so small that there was no room to move and no place to put things like shampoo or conditioner. Similarly the bathroom could be improved with some shelving and more hooks.

The location is great!

The solarium room was really nice and the free drinks offered were great for platinum members.

The only negative was how small the shower was in the small washroom. A nice surprise was the lounge area to relax. The breakfast was very good too.

Receptionists could be more friendly and helpful. Sometimes not even a hello when we returned/arrived Carpark although great to have was very small

It was a very comfortable place to spend after long day. The community space was inviting. I would have preferred not being charged for my morning coffee, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Definitely recommend.

Our room was clean and airy. For an older building it is well maintained. One drawback is the strong odour of sulphate from the water. I would ask that a small fridge be added to the rooms. The breakfast was always the same thing and always cold; scrambled eggs cold, overcooked bacon cold, sausages cold, soggy potatoes cold. The fresh berries were bitter. The yogurt was very tasty as was the assortment of freshly baked bread. Lexi who was the receptionist almost the entire time we stayed here was absolutely amazing; very helpful with information about the surrounding area and features; as well as a wealth of information regarding tours and activities. Whenever we had a question or needed help booking tours or a transfer to the airport Lexi was always very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, good breakfast and was within walking distance of downtown.

The room was spacious however the bathroom is a little small. Good amenities. Very helpful staff member on reception. Good location in terms of proximity to main shopping street. Also had free parking, first come-first served and is easy for getting to and put of the city.

Breakfast was good, but only had for one day. We wanted yo explore more of Reykjavik. Bathrooms are a little small, but over all, it was a great experience.

Clean room and helpful staff. I would have liked a mini fridge to store milk and you will need to get your own slippers as they are not provided. Location is great, many food spots nearby including halal options. The flybus shuttle is opposite the hotel so easy to get back to the airport.

Clean cosy hotel room. Bus stop 9 for tours is conveniently located opposite. Breakfast was decent.

Convenient. Central!! Free parking was a huge bonus!! Great breakfast!
