Nice to be close to the beach in walking distance.

The hotel is nice but my room needed a renovation at the shower room. The tv didn’t work and the staff didn’t help much.

The hotel is good for the price but my room wasn’t perfect. The shower wasn’t working properly while draining the water and we end up with a almost half full bath of water while showering. It needs a renovation. The TV didn’t work properly and after asking them to have a look they didn’t turn out at all. The room telephone didn’t work either. And the air-con was very temperamental. All other services good. Staff were nice but not helpful.

Muy bueno. Tener en cuenta que tiene acceso a la playa pero no es exclusiva para los que se alojan en el hotel, es por esto que no cuenta con servicio de toallas, reposeras ni sombrillas. Punto en contra: los domingos la piscina solo esta abierta hasta las 15 hs.

Staff excellent Hotel needs updating badly

Buena ubicación, desayuno bien, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación por desprendimiento del recubrimiento de la tina, 2 horas sacandolo de la piel de los niños.

Room was clean, bed was very uncomfortable, and check-in was very slow

It was great to use the gym at this hotel. A bit cold in winter to use the pool, but good to see that it was available to use.

Resort hotel of Spanish. As a Brit using the hotel for business, it was ok. But was not allowed to check in until 3pm. Had arrived in Spain from a start of 2.30am. Bigger issue, not one Iron or ironing board in the hotel! So for a business meeting I looked like I had lived in clothes for a year!

Staff very friendly and efficient. Not so happy sharing pool and restaurant with 60 plus school pupils. Noise when eating was horrendous. Unlucky time to have visited this hotel. Check beforehand. Food good standard and variation.

in the off season, so not a lot of guests. The internet is horrific here. I would say out of all of Spain, this hotel does not have good internet, so if you require internet, book elsewhere.

This area in Valencia is where locals go to vacation. The property was pretty empty, so the services were limited. The hotel is a little outdated. It’s a beach community so I can understand it being a little bit more rundown. Just seemed like a lower scaled hotel comparison to other hotels we’ve been staying at. I thought the hotel was right on the water, it is not. Also, you have to pay a euro for a beach towel. I asked if they had anything for us to rent to take to the beach and they did not. So you have to bring your own beach chairs, Beach, toys, umbrellas, coolers whatever you’re taking. One day it rained and asked if they had umbrellas for us to use, and they said no. Like I said, our previous hotels offer all of these amenities. Wasn't impressed at all.

Very big space every where ,bus when we enter into the property smell like they clean whit diesel the lobby needs more decorative aspects and rooms need bigger and new tvs just 30 inch beside that is nice Hotel bud not for 4 star

Staff was great and very helpful. My daughter has some allergies and the staff really tried to help. The staff made you feel welcome, and they were always smiling. The only downside was that i told the reservation team that my daughter had allergie but apparently the message was not passed on to the staff. Anyway, I will recommend the place.

This is a 3 star hotel at best. Very rude staff. Cleanness is 2 out of 5 as the bed sheets and shower facility were no where close to 4 star rating. Only 2 floors of the hotel is open.

Hotel is in a nice beach town and was good break from Valencia. Its a bit of a haul from Valencia but very local community. We went during off season so hard to find places to eat except in town. Surprisingly restaurants were more pricey than in Valencia.

This property was somewhere we needed to have a good pool & beach access as so hot,hotel is outdated,extremely hard beds & no kettles in rooms,pool towels are 30 Euro each & cash,no charge back to your room & 60 Euro Taxi to Valencia.
