The room look just clean but the bathroom smells pretty bad and had drain flyers

Rooms were very clean and staff were VERY helpful and friendly throughout our 4 day visit.

This place has great service! All of their staff were friendly. The amenities helped us a lot as we extended our stay. Being able to take the shuttle they offer, washing clothes, breakfast was good, and a/c / heater helped. Would recommend this place to others!

La atención del hotel es excelente. Los puntos a mejorar serian la variedad del desayuno y que encontramos el refrigerador con olor a humedad.

Is ok. But need better breakfast is horrible and need upgrade and everything.

Friendly staff

The first room we had there was a musty smell. The front desk changed rooms immediately and with a smile. Breakfast was awesome. 4.5 stars.

Staff was friendly and always helping us with what we needed.

Hotel was excellent. The area is a little sketchy at night but overall great experience

ESTACIONAMIENTO, UBICACIÒN Y FACIL ACCESO

We originally booked an airbnb, but let me tell you that we were so glad that we ended up canceling their service. The hotel on the inside was BEAUTIFUL. We were thoroughly impressed with their cleaning protocol. The breakfast was mid, so we ordered breakfast in bed from the restaurant located inside of the hotel. The food from the restaurant was so delicious! Everything was so close by from the hotel, and we were very impressed with the customer service. We also did a late checkout option, which we found to be very convenient and affordable.

El lugar es muy conveniente ya que esta cerca de la Central de Autobuses y a 3 Cuadras del Metro Central. Sin embargo, por las noches se nota un poco la inseguridad en las calles alrededor del lugar, ya que encontramos varios indigentes/drogadictos sobre la Avenida Principal a unas cuadras, además de que la iluminación en las calles es limitada se ve muy obscuro. Me gusto que tuvieran una mini alberca en sus recintos, pero no me quise meter ya que el agua de la alberca no estaba transparente sino estaba blanquisa un sabado por la tarde y nisiquiera se alcansaba a mirar el fondo de la parte poco profunda que estaba como a 0.5m...

Tiene una muy buena ubicación. Se escuchaba el ruido del tráfico en la recámara. Las sábanas era de muy mala calidad.

The staff was amazing! The hotel looks like a motel

No había agua caliente, y tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría !! Y lo único que nos dijo la recepcionista, que ya varios clientes se habían quejado ! La piscina estaba sucia !!

I booked a hadicap access roon and told the location, i had a service dog. They sent me a text to say the king accessabity room was on the 2nd floor, the syandard is only one on first floor. When i got there they said not pet friendly. I showed them the text i sent and adter much arguing they gave me the grpynd floir room snd sfter it was booked told me it had no hot water. The ypung girl at the desk was overwhrlmed with check8ns and the manager sat her butt in the office and gave her no help.f8nally i took an non accessible room on the 2nd floor so i could have a hot shower and no towels or wven a l8ght blanket in the room. It was disappointing but i blame the lady manager in duty not the desk clerk.

Arrived after long trip … very tired and the room was not available until 3:45pm, so I had to wait … during the night lots of noise from the dining / pool area. The hotel has a pool and some tables at the center of building… people talking to loud around 11:45pm … staff didn’t nothing Food is very good but also took too long to be ready The hotel is nice … but could be much better
