Rooms are really spacious and spotless. Staff are really helpful at front desk. Breakfast is lovely too.

Room was really clean, staff very friendly and easy to get to from the train station. Taxi and uber were easy to order and walking distance to tourist spots.

A very reasonably priced Ibis plus the location is unbeatable.

This hotel was walkable from the Naples central train station with many restaurants and cafe close by. The room was in great condition. It was modern, clean, with food options in the hotel if we so chose. The bedroom was great, with air conditioning. It had a blow dryer that worked. The window overlooked the train tracks so you felt the vibrations on the train when they went by.

This hotel is in a pretty convenient location; about 5 minutes from Napoli Centrale. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room clean and modern. A nice touch is that the front desk staff will serve up an espresso for a reasonable price.

Just under 5 minutes from Napoli Centrale station with many restaurants closeby. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel is clean with comfortable bed and white duvet comforter. Nice bathroom with amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast. Hotel is 1 block from train station. Neighborhood clean and safe. They can store your luggage and get a taxi for you in minutes. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel was convenient for tour pickup points. Lots of restaurants nearby and train station was close for travelling to Rome

Naples public areas (streets and sidewalks) are always grubby as is the area around the hotel. However, it is close to transportation, restaurants, shops and laundry. The hotel backs up to small railroad track but the noise was minimal due to the double pane windows. The shower is small. I would stay here again.
