Clean room, kind and courteous staff, great location.

The room was spotless, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Beautiful lobby. Rooms are outdated and could use some remodeling. Breakfast is great. Excellent area.

This cutest little hotel in the middle of Florence! The location was perfect just a 9 minute walk from the train station and no more than 10 minute walk to the tourist spots around the city! Right in front of the hotel is an incredible trattoria with a huge line! Just my luck I showed up and they had a spot for me! Would definitely book again if I find myself in Florence again!

This hotel is excellent. I loved how they cleaned our rooms , breakfast was excellent.

Staff friendly, good guest resting area, good breakfast. Shower water is either too hot or too cold. Elevator is not easy to use.

Customer service is courteous and smiling. The breakfast is super delicious 😋

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location! Room was very clean. The carpet in the room looked old and was stained in some places but we didn’t mind. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. The painted ceiling in the lobby is very pretty. I would recommend and stay here again

There are roaches in this hotel. They made us pay taxes twice. Once online and and another time at checkout!

Really, REALLY good location. Comfortable room (though it did have a little street noise and it didn’t have room to open up a second suitcase). Helpful staff. If you want to have a great informal meal, head to the central market and go upstairs to the food court.

Hotel was convenient to dining and shopping, bed was very comfortable and breakfast food was very good with a lot of options. Overall a very nice stay.

This is NOT a four star hotel. I would say three at best. The room I was originally put in was so small I couldn’t open my suitcase or move around in the bathroom without hitting myself on something. I did get moved to a larger room but I have no idea how anyone could stay in a room that small. It was not worth the value the hotel cost. The front desk staff was incredibly kind in helping me move my room but to whomever wants to stay here please manage expectations for more of a three star experience and small rooms.
