There was a water supply break.. no water for 12hrs. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Los camastros de la alberca son insuficientes, hay que bajar a apartarlos a las 7 AM, el restaurante un día en la cena no había comida suficiente y el resto estaba fría. Los restaurantes de especialidad hay que apartarlos el mismo día a las 7 am, porque se llena y no alcanzas

Food quality was very poor and alcohol options were very very limited. When requested towels or anything they would take it the following day not when needed. Entertainment was very basic and not fun at all.

The food was horrible at the hotel, even scrambled eggs weren't good, omelettes were good either. How do you manage to mess up scrambled eggs?

I paid for an ocean view room and I got the back of the hotel. Can’t connect to WiFi and non staff can help , say connection is bad. I asked for help only front desk can assist and lines are long and only one person is at the desk. Not what I expected for my girdt time using Expedia .

Overall I had a great experience at hotel Tesoro Manzanillo.

Our family enjoyed the entertainment every evening and the activities during the day at the pool.

The rooms are clean, but they need to have more divercity of food and the bar tenders are not polite.

Rooms are ok except the mattress there dirty and smell like mold.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The food was amazing. Overall great experience.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, and a location that cant be beat --right on the beach. Service was lacking and the food was not great. Go out to eat as much as you can.

The children's area is a definite plus for parents with toddlers.
