All perfect

Front desk staff was friendly but there wasn't much they could do! The wifi was TERRIBLE in my room, every single morning I would wake up with a big "thump" on the wall because of noisy cleaning staff (from top floor to next door), some of the light plugs didn't work so the room stayed dark (and this is a junior suite!) and simply no amenities. If you need wifi, don't stay here.

I have good experence staying here. The major attractions are within 20min of walking. The room have good size and bathroom too. Room is cleaned every day, shower pressure is good. I open up the window for fresh air in the morning since I feel the vantilation in the bathroom a bit weak. It is a good hotel for visiting Salamanca. I recommand it.

Great for City access and local restaurants

We had a short 1-night stay and the Hotel fully met our needs. We had a very spacious junior suite with a very comfortable bed, so had a great night's sleep. The hotel is well positioned just a short walk from Plazza Mayor and the Cathedrals.

Overall great hotel with good location. A/C was not working on our second night which was not great but too late at night to do anything about it…otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Generous-sized rooms in this well maintained city hotel. Quiet despite its proximity to the centre, this is an excellent place to stay. The underground car park is accessed by driving your vehicle into an elevator, so not recommended if you have a very large car. Great breakfast selection, too.

Nice hotel at the historic center of Salamanca. We walked to the university and sites from here. The bed was comfortable, the hotel room was nice. The only thing is that they should provide a coffee machine in the bedroom or provide coffee at the dining room at 7:00 AM. The property offers parking. The Staff was great!

We pay for best room but we didn’t get so, other family member was traveling with us and did get a nice one.
