Clean room and the staff were nice. My hotel room was very basic and hot at night. The fan did nothing to cool the room down. Breakfast was okay but could have been better.

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation, I loved the calm, wooden, low lit ambiance of the downstairs lounge & bar area. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the restaurant but it did look nice.

Lovely hotel. Parking spaces are very tight particularly if you have a larger car. Unfortunately the fridge in our room didnt work. It was replaced the following day but it did mean some items had to be thrown away. Breakfast was a good replenished buffet. I'd stay here again

Great location not far from the train station. Room was clean and spacious. Highlight for us was the selection of gluten free breakfast, being coeliac this is hard to find but they were excellent and made fresh food upon request also.

The hotel is a great place to stay and have been here a number of times while visiting Leeds. The only problem we incurred on this occasion was the parking. On going to pay on the machine in the foyer it did not recognise our number plate. Nothing on the machine re contact details of parking company. On speaking to staff we asked what we should do but were informed the parking was not controlled by them and could not help. Guess what happened next? Yes a £100 fine and upon appealing the fine we were told to pay the £100 or it will go up. An expensive trip.

Very good service and spotless room

Good staff, clean and centrally located. But soulless and expensive food and drinks.

The room was clean but the bath was chipped so looked dirty and it made me concerned about germs. I was disappointed in the lack of toiletries. I wanted a bath but the soap was attached to the wall at the height suitable for a shower so it was impractical for bath users. Bar was nice and food was delivered promptly.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was just okay. The bathroom is split into a toilet room and then a sink and shower in the other room. The staff were not overly friendly but they were polite.

Lovely clean and well appointed rooms, comfy bed, well situated, good breakfast.

Second time I have stayed here. Really nice room, waking distance from all the town centre bars and restaurants. Breakfast good, as is the downstairs bar.

Very friendly reception staff at check in and check out. Rooms were very modern and clean with plenty of tea and coffee, clean towels and very comfy beds. Hotel is ideally located within walking distance from main town centre and mainline station. Would highly recommend.
