This hotel is ideal for a short stay and is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station.

I booked a room based on the information provided on Expedia, which was a family room. The photos didn’t give the actual reality of what the family room entitled, which was a separate toilet with no sink and then a separate shower and sink…… I didn’t know this was a 1930s layout I raise this with the staff who rectify this at once, which was great, but this now really surprised me in today’s age Also, they allow pets into the hotel which it’s not really needed and put people off

A lovely hotel very well situated for Leeds centre.

Our room was spacious and clean. We were able to access our room as soon as we arrived. The staff gave a warm welcome. The restaurant for breakfast offered a wide range of hot and cold breakfast items- something for everyone! We would happily visit again.

Room was nice and comfortable, but listed as having a bath and only had a shower which was disappointing as it was part of the reason I picked this hotel

I stay here a few times a year and normally good. This time however there was mould in the bathroom and hair on the loo floor. Reported it when I went out for evening so could be cleaned - Sadly I got a fresh towel but not cleaned. The breakfast also was a bit disapointing with all the pastries and pancakes very dry. I would normally not write a bad review as hate keyboard warriers but as they have failed to sort on my visit or respond to an email am afraid that for £200/night I do expect better on the day and better customer care response

Too much furniture in the room

The hotel room space is big and very clean, breakfast was delicious and I must say the staff in the restaurant are very efficient.
