Did not sleep at all… wide gap in the window letting too much wind in and making such loud wind noise all night. The HVAC unit sounds like a train when running. Constantly shutting and off

Pool was awesome, the kids loved it. The gym, sauna and steam room are also great amenities. Great resort! Would definitely recommend.

Incredible place. Could use some updating in the pool area and the beds were a too soft. Absolutely love the Staff and the gym is incredible!!

Stayed for an overnight shopping trip. The hotel is one of the most pristine we have stayed at. Everything is so pleasant from the time you walk in the front door. The staff is amazing. The rooms are so comfortable and provide everything you need. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant and bar area. Always a favourite when in the Niagara area.

The spa is and pool are a great addition to your stay. The restaurant is also very good.

Floor planking was loose from Reno’s but the bed very comfortable. Overall a nice room. Could have had a table with two chairs to sit at for breakfast. Hot tub was closed as it was too high in chemicals, however, learned about sauna and steam room in the club that I didn’t know about and it was lovely. A good hotel and close to our activities. And a very nice gesture of wine and chocolate covered strawberries as a return guest. 4 out of 5

We've been coming to White Oaks for nearly two decades, and are never dissatisfied. The staff are warm, welcoming, friendly, and remarkably helpful. Even when we visit Niagara Falls, we'd rather drive back here since our experiences have been wonderful. The gym and fitness facilities are extraordinary, and having the shopping right across the road is fantastic, especially with the food court right at the entrance. The spa services are exemplary as well. This is a great getaway!
