Booked a twin bedded room, but on arrival given a double bed. No alternative offered so as two same sex friends, I had to spend an uncomfortable night on the floor until 2 single beds were provided the following day. This establishment pretends to be a hotel, but is merely a group of rooms up one and two steep flights of stairs above an unconnected restaurant below. There is no lift other than a disabled stairlift to the first floor. It is therefore almost impossible to carry any heavy luggage up or down the steep stairs. There are no facilities in the "hotel" other than a tiny breakfast room, which cannot accommodate staying guests at the same time. The picture of the dining room in the description is false, as are I suspect many of the positive reviews of this establishment?? The minibar described in the facilities is merely a fridge. Threre is no way that this accommodation can be described as a 3 star hotel. The only positive description that can be made is that it is clean and in close proximity to the Lido ferry terminal.
