Central location. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent

Amazing. My husband and I stayed with our teenage daughter in the same room on our way to drop her off in college camp. Very comfortable. They have a menu for choosing your pillow. We chose the smooshy one. It was very comfortable. The rain shower in the room was very refreshing. The hotel scent is very welcoming. We had a car and they offered to park it for us. When we checked out, we were not ready to leave because we wanted to explore Sevilla a bit more, so they offered to put all of our suitcases and belongings in our car so we can go out and enjoy. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Attention to detail was spot on. Everyone very helpful and friendly especially the man at the pool bar.

Lovely hotel, we had a newly renovated room which was nice and clean. Only slight improvement in the room would have been not having 2 single beds joined together, but didn’t bother us that much. Otherwise all facilities in the room were excellent. Staff were helpful. Hotel provides free coffee/water and snacks on the ground floor which is great and a lovely gesture. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very close to the attractions ,hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful,we have the late flight after checkout and the hotel offered to use the lounge ,snacks and tea ,very greatful fo their hospitality

Excellent customer service and great location. This might be odd but the shower head in the hotel is amazing!!! Nothing like a good shower in a 90-100 degree

Loved the location, pool, room and breakfast was terrific! Stayed 6 nights. They were in the middle of construction, but luckily got to witness the first couple of days with the renovation of the entrance and lounge — stunning!

Loved staying at this hotel . Its conveniently located at a walking distance from all places in seville and in the heat of summer you need a convenient place. The staff is world class and if you drive a car they have parking right underground. Probably the only hotel in downtown to have it. All the rooms are upgraded and the courtyard view resembles the alcazar architecture. This will be our go-to hotel every time we come back to seville.

The service was exceptional. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were treated very friendly. They parked the car in their parking lot when we arrived and brought it back to the front door when we were ready to leave.
