Amazing staff and service

First and foremost the staff and especially, the concierges were outstanding with absolute focus on attending to the clients EVERY need/question…with warm greetings each time they saw us… The room should be defined as quiet elegance !!! Soft lighting…crisp…yet, smooth high quality bedding… Heated bathroom floors and toiletries special to the hotel.. I will recommend this fabulous hotel whenever I discuss my Christmas holidays adventure of 2025 and will only stay there upon return travel !!!!!!

Hotel Nelligan is an absolute hidden gem. The hotel and the staff are absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Room is very clean and spacious. One of the best hotel experiences....period!

Excellent service and staff

The rooms were beautiful. The front desk was outstanding and the location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping.

This was an outstanding place to spend our honeymoon this holiday season. The staff were attentive and warm and went out of their way to make it a special experience for us. The hotel is beautifully appointed and well-located in town, with many major attractions and excellent restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Lobby leads into a warm and inviting sitting area with fireplace and bar lounge. Attached to excellent restaurants.

What a wonderful hotel in the center of historic Montreal - close to Bota Bota and the best Polish restaurant - Slack cafe!! Stay here!

Room to warm

We stayed here as a family of 6. The staff was so kind and patient with my kids. The hotel is beautiful and the location was ideal.

The staff were incredible. The service impeccable.

The staff was amazing, especially our valet and the front desk! We loved our room, however there was an event the night that we were there and there was quite a bit of noise that woke us up from 1:30 AM to 4:30 AM! The club across the street was definitely hopping! Other than that our stay was amazing!
