Hotel is great, location perfect (5 mins to centre). Parking convenient. Staff were helpful, a bit of a queue at check-in on the Sunday (20 mins). Bar was nice to watch the Spain WC final Breakfast was good (the room is amazing), but was very busy and they forgot us a few times (ordered coffee etc and gave up).

Set in an old palace, very atmospheric. Room was clean and bed comfortable with a good breakfast choice. Only negatives were less than helpful check and bathroom waste drain that was not draining well.

Staff was very friendly and gave useful suggestions of where to go. Recommendations were spot on. Burgos is a charming city. Highly recommend. This hotel is well situated near many of the sites.

Great hotel in a historic building, developed in a sympathetic period style. Location is excellent for access to the old town. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and respectfull. On site Parking suitable for almost all car types.

This property is perfect for a stay in Burgos. You can walk to every point of interest. It has on site parking. The hotel is beautifully maintained as part of a former cloister. It is in an extremely quiet setting as well. The staff are all very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here while in Burgos.

Lovely building, very clean, helpful staff, good for dogs as river opposite for walking. Easy to walk into centre, good pizza place nearby. Easier underground parking but still a bit tight. Couldn’t have breakfast with dog downstairs but they where very helpful and offered us room service which was great.

This is the property to stay at if you’re visiting Burgos. The hotel is beautiful, parking is very convenient and the staff, in particularly Roberto, Caridad and Fabiola, make your stay very enjoyable. This hotel is a must experience.

Parking was horrific! Incredibly tight in the underground, a major traffic jam trying to get out in the morning.
