Compact with facilities on different floors but well planned. Staff excellent and only downside is it’s fairly expensive.

Spent a lot of quality time at the bar, it was great. Ended up eating more meals there than anywhere else. The location is great! We didn't have to take any transportation other than our feet, anywhere we went!

This hotel is ideal for business travelers. I stay here every time I’m in Bilbao. It hits the sweet spot of value and location.

This is where I stay every time I come to Bilbao for work. It hits the sweet spot of great location and value. The rooms are large, the service is always excellent and the beds are comfortable. Ask for a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

Close to the center and transportation

Amazing stay. Hotel is in such a Central location but in a nice quiet street. Staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. Room was fabulous and shower was brilliant. Everything was top Class and would highly recommend.

The corridors were very dark and our room had minimal natural light. Blinds were drawn at all times in breakfast area but choice of food for breakfast was good. Beds comfortable but lock on bathroom door didn't work and shower not great. Good location but no information for tourists. Mainly a business hotel. Ok for a few nights

The hotel is in an excellent central location, close to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, children’s playgrounds, and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were attentive throughout our stay — I couldn’t fault their service. The gym is quite small and would benefit from adding some free weights rather than relying mainly on the multi-gym equipment, although there are several treadmills available. The only downside was our family room being located on the first floor. While it was spacious, it overlooked the internal part of the building, which felt quite depressing and lacked natural light. The room lighting could also be improved, particularly with the addition of a main ceiling light.

The location is good and walkable to the old town and Guggenheim. Our room was in the -1 level. The room was a good size, but the floor was very dirty with sticky spots. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The view out of the room was horrible; the basement of a courtyard with thousands of cigarette butts. We kept the curtain closed the whole time.

The doors are very loud, and you will wake up if a door slams in the hallway on your own floor. It would be cool to have a selection of different fresh breads that are fresh from the bakery.
