Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, great / easy check-in. Parking very handy. Our only gripe is only getting 2 coffee sachets and 2 very small milks each day and when you ask the woman on reception for more in the evening she very begrudgingly gives you just 2 of each again and is not happy you asked

Dissapointing

The hotel is very good with a spacious clean modern room. Perfect location directly across road from bullring and sunset viewing park. 150m to Nuevo Punta and many restaurants at plaza at rear oh hotel. HOWEVER there are many hotels in this area and we chose this one specifically because it had a pool. On arrival we were informed that the pool was closed due too early in the season!!! We were amazed and said so. No discount or free breakfast or any other recompense was offered. Very disappointed.

Great hotel and lovely location

Spotlessly clean, ultra friendly and helpful staff, a superb breakfast. The room wasn't huge but incredibly comfortable, again very clean, with a superb bathroom and shower. The bed was large and we slept very soundly. Location is good and underground parking is a bonus as Ronda has limited parking available. Would 100% return

Excellent

This property is a very short walk from the famous bridge and the old town. Practically across the street from the bull ring. Close to lots of restaurants and everything was easily accessible. Parking underground was a real bonus. Good value.

Great location. Clean and comfortable I would, however, like to point out that the breakfast is well over priced - nearly double of that of other hotels with a similar standing. There were no notices to advise on the price and the receptionist did not allude to it on check in so this did leave a bad taste on departure whilst presented with the bill - be warned.

Great central location hotel, with easy access for parking. Please note though that the hotel restaurant/ bar is not fully available to guests as they are only open for lunchtime and then again after 7.30 pm. Very spacious and comfortable rooms wirh ketlle for tea and coffee etc. Breakfast buffet was good wirh plenty of choices.

Parking is valet and u see hotel. The breakfast was awesome as well. Lots of variety!

Staff were very helpful. Even parked our car in the hotel parking garage. Great location in the heart of the town and was not difficult to drive our car.

Great hotel, amazingly helpful and friendly receptionist when I telephoned and when we checked in. Valet parking. Really nice hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely big modern room and bathroom, safety deposit box, plenty of USB charging points, tea/coffee, lots of clean towels, plenty of space to store our many belongings so they were not in our way, great toiletries and accessories provided, Hotel bar/restaurant really nice atmosphere and good service. We didn’t take the breakfast as buffet is one price and when you have food allergies it’s not worth it but that’s just how it is for us.

The WiFi was very weak other than that it was excellent

We stayed in Ronda for one night, and this hotel made life very easy for us. They have in site parking which we found to be rare on our trip throughout Spain. The hotel is basically across the street from the bullring, and maybe 150 yards from the New Bridge. The room was incredibly spacious and had air conditioning. Breakfast was an extra charge of about $20, but we thought it was worth it, as they had a nice selection of food.

Great hotel to stay. Very close to old Ronda and shopping district (2min walk). Friendly and helpful staff. Room had all the amenities. Indoor parking on-site.

Great hotel just walking distance to the center of the city

The staff were lovely and very friendly and helpfull, but the hotel is very dated... maybe we were in a very old room, but it was not great and felt very rough and ready. No amenities. The location is fantastic though.
