Perfect and very friendly staff

The staff friendly and professional and their service is very excellent and food is great thanks all of you nice people who served me and my wife.

Staff are clueless, very rude don’t do anything to help you. Spa is non existent made a booking but there’s only 1 person working there. Pool was filthy. No gluten free options. Very slow staff at breakfast. Services are of 3* star hotel. Definitely not a 5* service.

The hotel is outdated, room is in poor condition, needs major updates. It just didn’t look or feel clean. It needs remodeling for sure.
