The staff was great, from the front desk to the restaurant team and house keepers. However, the building is in need of attention. The windows do not block any sound meaning it’s very noisy in the upper floors, with lots of traffic most of the night. The gym and Sauna are very dated, too. One night one of the guests set of a fire alarm so we had to evacuate the rooms. The emergency exit signs led us into a courtyard and the exit door (with an “emergency exit” sign on it happened to be locked with a padlock so it was impossible to exit the premises. Luckily the alarm was set off in error but this could have been a problem had there been a real reason to evacuate.

The room needs an upgrade because the bathroom was so old and the shower doors didn't close so the water was all over the bathroom, it is not a 4 star hotel and was very noisy because the windows weren't sound proof and didn't shut well, there was a club right in front, and the breakfast buffet was so bad

Beautiful hotel. The lobby was lovely and the staff very accommodating. Breakfast was great w/ live piano music playing in the background. Rooms were very nice, clean and fitted with all needs. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Spa was great

Hotel is clean and nice enough but it is extremely dated. It’s like stepping back in time 20 years. The windows are very thin so you hear a lot of street noise. The sauna was not working.

The gym had extensive equipment. The pool was small but relaxing, the view from the pool was excellent

Yes, wonderful breakfast, excellent, service, kind and very professional people. They are business friendly and talk to you. Nobody is cold. There are shops around, several stores in the first floor of United Nation Building next door. Iguatemi mall is very close by.

The noise is close to unbearable. Get a high floor to reduce it.
