staff was friendly. its ok for speaking english. room was clean & big. super close to metro and bus, mall, restaurant. the area is super.

It was so good staying in Citadines, very close to Hub station only cross street in front of the hotel. Staying in the middle of the mall. Surrounding by restaurant and caves.

This is a great place to stay. We are in the middle of the tourist places. The tram station is under the building, close to Noterdam, park, Mosque Jami Grande. This is an unexpected experience, but it's really a highly recommended place to stay ❤️

This is a reasonable hotel apt. Close to Metro station and mall. Helpful reception team with good enough English skill.

spacious room and has kitchen too along with the utensils and basic cookware. easy check in, the receptionist was nice as well. they also have a laundry room on 1st floor which cost around 9 euro (for washing and drying, detergent is included). they provide iron & iron board in the room. metro station is right in front of the hotel, very strategic location and near to cafes/restaurants. it's also next to a shopping place.

The studio room is very convenient to travel from place'd italie station, exit 2 will be found next to the Italie deux department store. Fully equipped, spacious room with a large bathroom. Because the staff said that the room was not finished yet

Comfortable, able to cook and if there is a problem of rapid response and very helpful, can trash luggage several hours without being charged.

Good: Cozy apartment in a good location. Metro just accross the road and lots of food around. Downside: They don't clean the room everyday, not once in our 4 nights stay, so in my dictionary they are not a service apartment.
