The hotel is terrible

They were very noisy specifically at the pool. Very loud... Very unpleasant.

Some of the staff was rude, the property lacks of maintenance and renovation and the AC didn’t work properly in the entire complex which is super important for a tropical destination.

The bathrooms are in horrible condition. There is mold and are in bad conditions.

Hotel needs remodeling and new AC units. The rooms are so empty and do not have anything inside besides a bed.

Beach and pool area were pleasant. The sport areas and game room need some TLC. My son and I enjoy billiards but the tables were in poor shape. The rooms were tolerable, as expected, but we had no hot water. It was serviced but the hot water didn’t last. The pictures on the web site do not represent the present so be prepared. Overall I did enjoy my stay. I liked the view. Food was good. They were under construction so it shows they are concerned about appearance. This place has potential, it’s quiet, private, and friendly.

Nice, quiet place, but building is old needs upgrade. (Bathroom door not locking, shower liking, and sink clogged)

First let me start with check in. The process is something you expected 20yrs ago, all done manually, nothing is computerized all hand written which makes the process that much longer

the location is great nevertheless this does not have anything to do with the hotel which have No Air Conditioner at all !!! . Plenty of space in the restaurant and we had a reservation and did not honored it with a very bad manner ; would say like discrimination.

We received an excellent service all personnel polite and friendly, hotel and beaches clean we enjoyed our stay to the maximum good food and great shows.

The property has a lot of potential location is great, secluded, nice surroundings unfortunately this is an old building everything looks and smells old it seems like no money is injected back to the property. If you are looking for relax time this is not the placed they do a lot of activities for kids and families music, games and dancing all day long. We were there for a wedding which was amazing (really nice set up) but if you have no kids I'll recommend trying a different place.

Liked that it was secluded and safe. Neverthesless, it is a destination more for locals than for tourist.
