With only two staff on, when the barman goes on a brake the receptionist can not book a meal for you. i.e. they cant press the appropriate keys on the till.
This happened on not one, but two nights.
Next the set meals come with a drink, when I made the booking it showed the meats can also have the Hobgoblin, on the night I was told that was not the case!
In the room after I used the soap in the bath it was not refilled, likewise having gone out to get a meal, the empty box was not removed from my room in the morning.
Overall not impressed, especially when the booking agency (Expedia/ Hotels.com) had made an error on the booking and the hotel point blankly refused to refund the booking so I was forced to go there as well.
