Great breakfast and great value

Great hotel in a brilliant location. A few things went wrong but staff were quick to rectify. Would stay again.

Food was phenomenal! Staff was super helpful and personable. Bar was stocked and ready to go!

Excellent staff at a hotel that provided excelent accommodation. A must stay location when visiting Limerick.

Very nice, spacious room. Smart tv with Netflix. Lovely reception attendant. Gym is a bit small and crowded.

Nice hotel, breakfast was average

Front desk was wonderful woth suggestions for dining! Room was great! Hot tub was closed for the day/evening during our stay which was a bummer because we were looking forward to that unique option during our stay. The pool was still in operation, though.

While we were only here for two nights, the hotel was perfect for the end of our 5-week journey. It was convenient. It was not too touristy. The rooms were sufficiently big enough and clean. The staff were amazing from the hotel desk clerks to the waitresses to the restaurant/bar managers. We really felt special and spoiled.

Mistake made upon entry, was given the wrong room with less beds than paid for. Staff member (Dutch?) on the front desk was too busy upselling to notice. Lifts broken and noisy engineering. Pool isn’t free - have to pay a surcharge to buy a pool cap. Breakfast was exorbitant and bang average.

The was a beautiful waterfront location where you could branch out to the city.

Upon 3:00 pm check in, we informed the receptionist that the hotel parking garage was full. She apologized and told us to park elsewhere. We prepaid for our parking and were not given a refund. We booked a room with a King bed and a Single bed. Instead we were given three Single beds. When we addressed this, they told us the hotel was sold out. Upon check out, I submitted a case to Orbitz who reached out to the hotel. The hotel admitted they gave us the wrong room setup but refused to give any refund or assistance. Very disappointing.

Good hotel just on the outskirts of downtown. Decent walk to almost everything. Breakfast was overcooked most days. No ice machines is a pain. Had to go to the bar and get it by the glass. Lots of room in the room and the bathroom had lots of pressure

Lovely hotel and was well positioned for a short walk into the centre. Great selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, but basically I paid £346 for a bed for 2nights, hotel done exactly what a hotel is supposed to do but I must thank the night manager for supplying a pizza at 3am, breakfast was a buffet, eat what you want, but quite bland, nothing to write home about. Bed, duvet and pillows were comfy. Just way to expensive for 2 nights, off season, in my opinion.
