We came to the Marriott 25 years ago for our honeymoon and for our anniversary this year we decided to go back to where it started. Although Cancún has changed, the hotel was beyond amazing. Every single worker greeted us at each passing. The hotel itself was gorgeous. There were over 10 restaurants and they were all delicious! Casa Madre had amazing breakfast and Champions was our go to in the evening. They seriously make you feel like royalty here.

Everything was great like always. Always having a great time and relax time . Aready book another trip to come back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Marriott Cancun, An All-Inclusive Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and that level of service continued throughout our entire stay. Every employee we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great vacation. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and was the highlight of our trip. There are multiple pools, including two swim-up bars—one for adults and one in the main family pool where kids can order non-alcoholic drinks. There were always plenty of lounge chairs available, so we never felt crowded, and the resort offered fun daily activities like salsa dancing, volleyball, and beach games for all ages. The beach is just steps away, beautifully maintained, and the beachfront restaurant with swings made for some great vacation photos. The restaurants were excellent with plenty of variety throughout the week. Our favorites were the Japanese steakhouse and the Mexican restaurant, both of which were outstanding. Room service was also consistently prompt and delicious. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The beautiful grounds, incredible pools, outstanding dining, and exceptional staff made this one of our favorite family vacations. If we return to Cancun, we’ll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Amazing experience, staff was amazing had a great time

Gustavo was very helpful and friendly. Everything was meet the standards except for the food need to forcus on steakhouse and seafood like Moon palace if you’re decided for all inclusive and also drinks options. The property is beautiful and well maintained but it doesn’t mean they’ll be happy with your all inclusive offer that not meet our expectations due to a lot of competition out there.

The resort itself is very clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. Unfortunately, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The staff were generally not very friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience feel cold. The food was honestly disappointing, and there were very few restaurants to choose from. The only restaurant we genuinely enjoyed was Hana. What made it even more frustrating was the restaurant reservation system. You have to book through the app, and there’s a limit on how many reservations you can make. With such limited dining options already, putting a cap on reservations just doesn’t make sense and only makes the experience worse. I’ve been to Cancun four times, and this is easily the worst resort I’ve stayed at. I wouldn’t come back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

One of the most beautiful vocations we ever had!

To use basic Cabana arouypool they were charging...I felt we spent so lot of money in resort .. didn't enjoy that another part with restaurant food was average...

We are a family of 5 who had never done an all inclusive before. This resort was so awesome for us! It wasn’t very busy, which was a really nice surprise. Food and drinks were all great. Service was great. Staff was so generous. We felt so spoiled. The shows and entertainment were more fun than we anticipated, as well. We did the Caribbean suite and it was the perfect amount of space for our family with a great ocean view. The beach was rough for our younger kids, so we swam in the pool mostly. We would definitely come back in the future!

Great experience. Exceptionally clean, friendly and helpful staff. The food was a cut above - I would return for that alone. Chill vibe, family friendly.

This resort is exceptional. The property is beautiful, and the ocean access is stunning. The pools and drink service were lovely, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. One thing I found disappointing was that the pools closed quite early, and some of the restaurants did as well. There wasn’t much to do in terms of nightlife. The food was generally good, but it wasn’t anything particularly memorable (with the exception of the breakfast buffet, which was excellent). The portion sizes were also on the smaller side, which was surprising given the all-inclusive package and price point. One experience that left a negative impression was the Mexican market hosted in the main lobby. The vendors wore uniforms very similar to the hotel staff, which made the event feel hotel-sponsored and trustworthy. Unfortunately, we were aggressively approached by every vendor and ultimately paid $40 for a very small refrigerator magnet. While we recognize that we should have been more cautious, the experience felt misleading and left us with an unpleasant feeling after what was supposed to be a fun event. What I didn’t love overall was that the experience felt somewhat curated rather than authentic. I understand that resorts cater to international travelers, and many guests likely appreciate that the staff speak English. However, I was hoping for a more genuine connection to Mexican culture and local life. That’s a personal preference rather than a criticism.
