Room immaculate, staff always so helpful, the rooftop bar has incredible views, wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Spacious room much bigger than an average single.

Amazing location along the river, sandwiched between the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi, and a short walk to many of Florence’s highlights. We were in the new building which was very nice but lacking the charm of the original building. Breakfast was great and the staff were all lovely.

Excellent hotel. The building used to be an old palace and maintained its charm with modern improvements. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with an impeccable presentation, and a variety of high quality cheeses, cold cuts, and other delicacies. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Beautiful historic hotel. Gorgeous breakfast room and wonderful breakfast buffet. Staff is top notch. Bar on roof offers breathtaking views of the Duomo and surrounding landscape.

Amazing hotel! We requested a triple room for 3 adults, and ended up in a 2-room, 2-floor apartment-style suite! The staff were very accommodating for our special dietary and transportation requests.
