The girl checking us in was very competent and efficient, except that there was another person there who was trying to speed up the process because there was quite a line. The poor girl was frustrated because there’s only one computer for checking in and so this person trying to help by checking people on their phone was actually not helping at all. This is a very old and dated motel in need of updating. Linens are old, there was an unnerving stain on our bed cover. However, the room itself did not feel dirty nor did the bed.

There are A LOT of stairs at this property so if you've got a large rolling suitcase it's not ideal. Check in was very rushed and then I got a follow up phone call hours later because he'd failed to add my pet fee to the room even though I'd noted having a pet on my reservation and sent a follow up confirmation email. Did not make me feel very welcome. The room was tired and not especially clean, but it was quiet.

Clean room, but very bad shape, needs a good renovation, breakfast was not to good, all microwave( scrambled eggs, sausage)

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Housekeeping claimed they serviced our rooms, but they absolutely did not. Despite this, we were charged over $1,000 for six rooms stating they cleaned the rooms all along, which they did not. On top of that, the hotel treated their linens and towels like they were made of fine silk — charging excessive fees that are completely unreasonable. This feels dishonest and poorly managed. I would strongly caution others to double-check charges. Be wary when booking here.

Grimy out of date rooms. The national chain needs to pull their name from this because it doesn't represent the brand properly. The manager Harmeet is snide and passive aggressive. Got overbiled a month ago and have given up waiting for the refund. Will never stay here again.

Breakfast was good and nice that it was at 6:00 am

There was so many bed bugs on the beds and the room was smelling terrible also the heat didn’t work at all

I liked the pool and the water slide was very fun and the rooms were very clean and quiet also it was very comfortable and cosy 😘

The staff were great but the condition of the room was not. Looked like cigarette burns in the carpet, dirty hand prints on walls and yellow water drips under towel hanger. I was told by the booking dispatcher that the flat screen tv La had Netflix but they did not. Towels were an off white colour and cigarette butts outside all over the parking lot.

A simple and a bit outdated hotel, but clean enough and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and fast. Good for our short stay!

Clean room . Nice staff. Thin walls can hear loud party people but not usually a problem here.

The staff was awesome

Hotel is well overdue for an upgrade. Pool had mold in it. They refused to turn on the water slide. Had a king suite with fireplace and jacuzzi. Bed had dirty bedspread. Happy we brought our own pillows as they were gross and dirty.. Fireplace would not turn on however it turn itself on in the middle of night. The jacuzzi was dirty and had to clean it before use. Overall a terrible hotel!!!!! Staff took no responsibility and would not give me the managers business card.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada in Merritt. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold offerings. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Pool hasnt been cleaned in ages. Beds had crumbs in them, dirty sheets. Over all filthy. Asked for a refund and was refused due to booking through expedia.
