Breakfast was above average and the room was clean and good.

The room was very verry dark

This is a nice hotel with a good atmosphere, and I really like the maritime style. However, there was some noise from the people in the room above; it sounded like a party. I believe they were asked to quiet down because the noise suddenly stopped. Thank you for taking action.

Great stay

Jätte trevligt och fint hotell med bra läge. Fräscht rum med skön säng, generös och varierad frukostbuffé. Vi förlovade oss på den mysiga takterassen

Vi bodde på hotellet i Västervik. Trevlig personal och mycket god frukost. Rent och fräscht på rummet. Rummet var väldigt varmt och fönsterna gick inte att öppna ordentligt. Fläkten i taket hade bara en hastighet och lät mycket. En ordentligt AC hade varit att föredra. Sena kvällar och hela nätterna, fredag och lördag, åkte ungdomar förbi på gatan och väsnades. Det var i princip omöjligt att sova då huset skakade av ljudvågen från musikanläggningen som ungdomarna hade i bilarna. Jag bedömer att det var > 100 dB, vilket är väldigt högt och ohälsosamt för hörseln. Att inte få mer än ett par timmars sömn på flera dagar förtar helhetsinrycket. Det kan inte bara vara vi gäster som inte tycker det är acceptabelt att föra sånt ovästen. Borde gå att polisanmäla och att införa lokala restriktioner på ljudnivå kväll och natt. Staden rum ska inte kinappas av bilburna ungdomar.

A nice and cozy place! Nice rooms and a very nice staff. The breakfast was not the best, but could eat outside.

No aircondition! Not for handicapped, especially not with a wheelchair. A lot of stairs that makes it difficult to get access to the reception, the room even though it’s on first floor and also where the breakfast is served is at a lower level and difficult to get to. No elevator or helpful aid to make it easier for a handicapped with a wheelchair. Nothing of which we were informed about when contacting the hotel by phone asking for a room suitable for a person with a wheelchair.

Mycket trevligt hotell, fint rum som var rent och fräscht, supertrevlig personal vid incheckning. Frukosten hade allt! Sakna inget, kall juice och mycket på buffén att välja på. Ligger fint centralt med 5 minuter ner till hamnen.

The hotel the lady who even was the owner was so kind and friendly ! I am sure we will come back !
